This Website provides access to trading, pricing, news and other information services related to Precious & Semi Precious Gemstones. Certain Services available on this Website are for the use of Members only.

The Website will also feature the recommendations of a trained Astrologer and trained Gem consultant. Recommendations of the consultant are not guaranteed under any circumstances and the Company shall not be held liable for any loss and / or damage suffered by the Members who relied on such recommendation.

Some items may appear slightly larger or smaller than actual size due to screen defaults and photography techniques. Sometimes the items may be represented larger than the actual size in order to clearly show details or Shrink the actual size in order to show the entire item.

AVAILABILITY

Aarohana Gemstones may not have all the products  / services listed on the Website available. In such cases, we request our Users / Members to provide us time to ensure the product or the service is made available to them.

PRICING

The prices depend on various factors like Quality & Size of gemstones, and Rudrakshas may vary from item to item.

All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Aarohana Gemstones.  

Return & Replacement Policy:

1. Gemstones sold once cannot be exchanged or returned at any point in time.

2.  Aarohana Gemstones guarantees Gemstone and Rudraksha’s purity as certified by the labs. Natural Gemstones may fade if harsh chemicals are used, if the item returned is found to be used with harsh chemicals or show any signs of wear or engraved or altered or damaged, Astrovoices reserves the right to reject the return or replacement of such items.

3.  Since Gemstone ornaments making process is manual, date of delivery specified is only probable. We may require more time than specified to deliver the ornament, however we try our best to deliver on the specified date only, Items cannot be returned, if there is a delay in manufacturing the Ring or Ornament.

4. Orders once booked cannot be cancelled or changed. The amount of advance paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

5. Payment of refund, if any will be made by A/C cheque only.
